  • オーダースーツのフィッター担当スタッフ募集

雇用形態:正社員

  • お仕事内容

お客様一人ひとりの理想をカタチにする、

特別なオーダースーツづくりの全工程をサポートしていただきます。

・カウンセリング

着用シーン(ビジネス、結婚式など)や好み、

ご予算を丁寧にヒアリング。

体型や姿勢のお悩みに寄り添い、最適なスタイルを導き出します。

・採寸(フィッティング)

肩幅、ウエスト、袖丈などを正確に測定。

数値だけでなく、動きやすさやシルエットの美しさを追求し、

補正箇所を見極めます。

・仕様・デザインの決定

生地の選定から、ラペル(襟)の形、ボタン、裏地まで。

お客様と一緒に悩み、楽しみながら、

機能性とデザインを両立させた一着を提案します。

・バックオフィス・連携

採寸データの指示書作成、

生地・付属品の手配、縫製チームへの共有、納期管理など。

・アフターフォロー

完成時の最終フィッティング。

着こなしのアドバイスや、

その後の体型変化に合わせたメンテナンスの相談にも応じます。

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

シフト制

1日あたりの実働時間:最大8時間/日

11:00~20:00

  • 上記時間で交代制勤務
  • 休憩60分あり
  • 残業ほとんど無し

給与詳細


基本給:月給 25万円 〜 50万円

固定残業代:なし

月給 250,000円 ~ 500,000円

(※想定年収 3,000,000円 ~ 6,000,000円)
