仕事内容:

◆募集背景

医療・ヘルスケア領域で新しい技術と仕組みを社会実装するため、事業拡大に伴い 営業事務+事務局を横断して支えていただける方を募集します。

単なる「事務作業」ではなく、事業の裏側を理解し、運営を回す中核メンバーとして活躍できるポジションです。

◆営業事務(株式会社bio medical)

・受発注業務(注文管理・発送手配など)

・代理店・取引先への案内、連絡対応

・検査キット運営の補助業務

・検査結果の反映・管理(データ入力、確認)

・その他、営業・運営に関わる事務業務

◆一般社団法人 事務局(日本ホロス臨床統合医療機構)

・各種問い合わせ対応

・ニュースレターの作成・配信

・オンラインセミナーの司会進行

・SNS運用サポート

・事務局運営に関わる業務全般

求める人材:

◆必須条件

・事務、営業事務、バックオフィスいずれかの実務経験

・PCを使った業務に抵抗がない方(メール、Googleスプレッドシート、チャットツール等)

・複数の業務を並行して進めた経験がある方

・リモート環境でも、報告・連絡・相談を継続できる方

◆歓迎する経験・スキル

・Adobe(Illustrator / Photoshop など)の操作経験

・ニュースレターやメール配信業務の経験

・オンラインセミナーの運営補助経験

・SNS運用や情報発信の経験

・少人数組織・ベンチャーでの勤務経験

◆向いている方

・業務を整理し、優先順位をつけて進められる方

・マニュアルがなくても、過去のやり方を確認しながら進められる方

・「これ、どうしますか?」を放置せず、自分で選択肢を出せる方

◆向いていない方

・指示がないと業務を進められない方

・1つの業務だけを担当したい方

・変化の少ない環境を求めている方

勤務時間・曜日:

・勤務日:月〜金

・実働時間:1日8時間(目安)

・休憩時間:1時間

・勤務時間帯:10:00〜19:00を基本とし、業務内容に応じて柔軟に調整可

・勤務形態:リモート勤務可

※業務内容や状況により変更あり 時間外勤務:あり

※繁忙期や業務状況により発生する場合があります(恒常的ではありません)

休暇・休日:

・完全週休2日制(土日)

・祝日

・年末年始休暇

・有給休暇(法定通り)

※業務状況により、セミナー等で土日・祝日に業務が発生する場合があります

勤務地:

・当面はリモート勤務可

・業務はオンライン中心で行います

・居住地は問いません

※今後、会社の成長や体制変更に伴い、業務効率や連携強化を目的として出社をお願いする可能性があります。その際は、事前に相談のうえ対応します。

給与:

・試用期間あり(期間中も給与・待遇に変更なし)

・賞与・昇給については会社の業績および本人の実績に応じて検討します

・雇用形態:契約社員(入社後6ヶ月間)
