■Role Overview
Manage Prime SBL ops, including FO/BO integration, system testing, and global regulatory compliance.
■Main Tasks Include
- Prime Brokerage & SBL
Leads SBL for Equities/ETFs. Validates FO flows (locates, rates, booking), platform integration (EquiLend, Global One), collateral management, and settlement flows.
- Corporate Actions & SBL Adjustments
Manages CA impacts (dividends, splits) on SBL contracts and ensures accurate adjustments for loan contracts and collateral.
- Documentation & Legal Coordination
Coordinates with Legal on key SBL agreements, including GMSLA, MSFTA, ISDA, and GMRA.
- F2B Testing & Transformation Leadership
Owns F2B test strategy (SIT/UAT/Regression). Validates data lineage from booking to settlement and leads daily defect triage and functional sign-off.
- Risk & Regulatory Responsibilities
Validates risk metrics and ensures compliance with global regulations: SFTR, CSDR, SEC 15c3-3, and Japan-specific reporting (JSDA/JFSA).
- Stakeholder Governance
Manages FO, Middle Office, and Custodian relationships. Provides weekly governance updates using RAG, RAID, and dependency heatmaps.
- Product Expertise
Deep knowledge of Equities (short-sale, CA), ETFs (creation/redemption, basket valuation), and F&O (margining, rollover-related SBL demand).

■Requirements
・Deep Securities Finance & Prime Brokerage domain knowledge
・Understanding of global regulatory obligations
・Experience with Global One, EquiLend, Pirum, Broadridge SBL, Fenergo
・Strong FO–MO–BO system/process knowledge
・Experience in F2B testing & transformation programs
■Preferred Skills
・Exposure to Japan/US/EMEA SBL regulatory frameworks
・Experience in migration/integration programs
・Working knowledge of FO booking platforms and collateral systems
