〇Construction Information Modelingの施工での活用支援業務をお任せいたします。
【具体的には】
■図面をベースにしたコミュニケーションから、3次元モデルを使ったコミュニケーションに置き換え、早期から関係者間で 共有し、設計・施工・積算などの様々な仕様やコストの確認や管理を進めていきたいと考えておりますので、それらに関連する業務をお任せいたします。

■BIM/CIM関連業務の経験者
■3次元データを活用した測量、設計または施工経験者
■建設会社または設計事務所・建設コンサルタントまたは測量会社での勤務経験者
<歓迎される資格・経験>
【歓迎条件】
■1級土木施工管理技士
■パラメトリックツールによるモデル作成経験者(Physon)

【年収】700万円~1000万円(30歳~53歳 例)
