【仕事内容】

企業のマーケティング課題に対し、クリエイティブを通して課題解決の提案をいたします。

提案内容は多岐にわたり、ニーズに合うものを提案可能です。

企画~提案だけでなく、実制作部分にも携わることが可能です。

新規、既存顧客へのアプローチから案件獲得、

クライアントのマーケティング課題の抽出、課題解決に向けた企画、提案を行います。

実行段階におけるプロジェクトマネジメントも行います。

【具体的には】

・ 新規、既存顧客へのアプローチ~案件の獲得

・ クライアントのマーケティング課題の抽出

・ 課題解決に向けた企画、提案(大規模プロジェクトの場合は、自社のプランナー、

ディレクターと協働で実行プラン・企画書の作成やプレゼンを行います)

・ 実行段階におけるプロジェクトマネジメント

【求める人材】

【必須】

・ 広告業界(SP、イベント、デジタル、SNS等)での企画営業経験2年以上

・ 複数案件の進行管理

・ クライアント折衝経験

・ チームリーダーやマネジメントの実務経験

【歓迎】

・ デジタルマーケティング領域(SNS、運用広告、データ分析)に関する知識

・ 制作会社や代理店での大型案件マネジメント経験

・ チームビルディングや育成に強みを持つ方

【給与】

年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
