仕事内容:

学校・自治体・企業が抱える課題に向き合い、

自社システムを通じて「教育」と「人材」をつなぐ提案型コンサルティング営業です。

お客様の状況を丁寧にヒアリングし、

課題解決につながる仕組みづくりから導入後の活用まで一貫してサポートします。

【具体的な業務内容】

・大学・専門学校・教育機関、地方公共団体・民間企業への課題ヒアリング

・自社サービス(スクールアシスト昴/キャリアアシスト昴)の提案・製品説明・デモンストレーション

・機能カスタマイズの提案

・導入後の運用サポート(マニュアル作成、操作説明、課題・要望のヒアリング)

・提案書・会議資料の作成

・パートナー企業・教育機関との打ち合わせ、提携交渉

まずは先輩社員と同行しながら、

サービス内容・顧客理解・提案の進め方を段階的に習得していただきます。

・展示会出展の企画・運営

・ITエンジニアリングサービス(サーバー/ネットワーク/Webアプリ等)の提案

・事業計画の策定、予算管理

・営業戦略の立案・実行

・営業部門の統括、メンバー育成

勤務時間・曜日:

【勤務時間】

9:00~18:00

所定労働時間:8時間、休憩1時間

※勤務間インターバル制度、フレキシブル出勤制度、在宅勤務制度あり

※週1日在宅勤務可

フレキシブル出勤制度:

1日ごとに出社時間を8:00~10:00の間で選べます。

例)8:30~17:30、10:00~19:00など

月平均9.5時間(前年度実績)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥322,000 〜 ¥503,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥70,000〜¥109,000(35時間相当分)を含む。35時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

想定年収:450 〜 700万円

月給:32万2,000円~50万3,000円

【月給の内訳】

・基本給:25万2,000円〜39万4,000円

・固定残業手当:月35時間分、7万円~10万9,000円。超過分は別途支給。

35歳/580万円/入社7年目/課長

45歳/770万円/入社17年目/部長
