「【東京】事業・営業企画(米国・韓国・台湾顧客担当)/在宅有」のポジションの求人です

当社の製品を導入頂いている米国・台湾・韓国等の海外の大手半導体デバイスメーカーに対し、日立グループのソリューションサービスプラットフォームである「Lumada」を用いたサービスを企画・提案いただきます。「Lumada」のご提案を通じて、弊社製品のさらなる利用価値の向上や、新たなビジネスチャンス獲得の機会を目指していただきます。

具体的には、顧客が目指すビジョンを実現するために、海外現地法人や国内の関連部署を巻き込みながら従来のビジネスモデルにはない新しいマネタイズの方法を検討・提案して頂きます。

※ご経歴内容と適性を鑑みて、ソリューション企画推進部もしくはソリューション開発部への配属となります。

データサービス基盤(=「Lumada」)のご提案を通じて、海外の大手半導体デバイスメーカーに大きな付加価値を提供することができます。半導体を製造する際に取得できるデータを「Lumada」を用いて分析し、新製品・新プロセスの開発期間短縮や量産ラインの生産性向上に寄与できます。これからますます市場が大きくなることが見込まれる半導体業界にて、最先端のソリューションを提案する業務を通じて、大規模でダイナミックなビジネスに携わることができます。

【Lumadaについて】

Lumadaとは、お客さまのデータから価値を創出し、デジタルイノベーションを加速するための、日立の先進的なデジタル技術を活用したソリューション/サービス/テクノロジーの総称であり、「Illuminate(照らす・解明する・輝かせる)」と「Data(データ)」を組み合わせた造語です。お客さまのデータに光をあて、輝かせることで、新たな知見を引き出し、お客さまの経営課題の解決や事業の成長に貢献していく、という思いを込めています。

【必須要件】

■以下、いずれかの業務経験をお持ちの方

・工作機械や理化学機器、産業機器など顧客要望に応じて個別提案を行うような製品の海外営業経験をお持ちの方。(半導体業界での経験があると尚可)

・製造業の生産・開発用途向けのソリューション提案経験がある方,(デジタル・IT・DX関連のソリューション営業経験がある方、歓迎)

■英語力(打合せ、文書読み書き可能な方/TOEIC750点以上)

【歓迎要件】

・製造業向けに対してDX推進・自動化を推進されたご経験をお持ちの方

・半導体製造装置の営業経験をお持ちの方

・理系のバックグラウンドをお持ちの方

【給与】

年収 664 ~ 988 万円

固定手当+等級に応じ、業務手当を支給(予定月給に業務手当は含んでおりません)

・業務手当は30時間分の時間外勤務手当・休日出勤手当に相当する額を支給

・手当額:79,200円~ 本給額により変動・時間外・休日出勤の有無に関わらず支給。・30時間を超える時間外勤務、休日出勤分は追加で支給。

※業務手当支給対象外の場合、実残業時間分を支給

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
