仕事内容


健康食品・化粧品の

コミュニケーターを

担当していただきます。

・化粧品通販の受注業務、

製品やお肌悩みに対しての問合せ対応

・新規&既存顧客からの

お問い合わせ全般対応と

それらに付随する一切の業務

(アウトバウンド業務含む)

・対応履歴等の入力作業も発生する

・受注時のご案内として

キャンペーンやオススメ商品等の

アップセル・クロスセルが含まれる。

・発信業務ではありませんが、

受注のお客様に対して、

プラスアルファの製品のおすすめや

定期購入のおすすめをしていただきます。

・案内はスクリプトに沿って

進めるだけですので簡単ですが、

断られることもあるので心構えは必要です。

・個人に課すノルマなどはありませんが、

チーム全体での目標達成にむけて

全員で頑張る必要があります。

・取り扱うメーカー、商品が多い為、

深く覚える事はできません。

浅く広く覚えてもらう仕事です。

・現場ではより多くの受電を行う事を

目標としています。(目標:6件/時間)
