企業法務全般の業務をお任せ致します。

具体的には、

・契約書/申込書のレビュー

・サービス規約や覚書などの新規作成

・社内の法務Q&A対応

・その他企業法務全般 など

また、スキルに応じて下記もお任せいたします。

・新規事業のサービス約款の作成

・個人情報保護法を中心とした関連法案改定に伴う各種改訂業務

・知財(特許/商標など)の申請/取得/管理

・企業で法務実務のご経験がある方
