※ 配属は東京、横浜、名古屋、大阪、京都、神戸の当社リテール店舗のうち、店舗の状況、候補者の方のスキルセット、トレーニング、通勤距離等を考慮して決定いたします。新規オープン店舗がある場合には新店舗への配属となる場合もあります。また、ご入社後に当社の就業期間を通じて通勤圏内の店舗へ異動となる場合もあります。

・接客販売のご経験のある方
・百貨店等で顧客育成に携わってきた方
・即戦力として店舗に貢献できる方
・パソコンやシステムを使用した付帯業務、検品作業などを効率よく進められる方
・協調して仕事のできる方
・迅速な相談と報告、状況に応じた臨機応変な対応ができる方
・商品のデザイン、商品の素材、ブランドの歴史、サステナビリティ等に興味があり学ぶ意欲の高い方
<必要なスキル・資格>
・接客・販売の経験(必須)
・基本的なパソコン操作(メール、ワード文書作成、エクセル)
