【本求人の業務内容】

データセンター設備管理

【業務内容】

世界的に有名な企業の工場や、自治体のゴミ焼却などの環境プラント、オフィスビル、ホテルやショッピングモールなどの商業施設等の保守・保全・点検及び中央監視、書類作成等の業務に携わっていただきます。

〇対象設備:機械装置,電気設備,ボイラー設備,空調・衛生設備 等

〇具体的な業務内容

・運転及び監視業務

・日常点検:データの収集・記録、異常チェック(異臭、異音、外観等)

・清掃業務

・劣化診断、部品交換

・緊急対応、小修繕業務

・修理・更新・改善等の提案 等

※配属先は、ご希望、ご経験を考慮して決定させていただきます。

【未経験から始めた場合】

〇最初は定期巡回や点検など専門知識があまり必要ない業務から担当してもらい、徐々にできることを増やしていくことで「手に職がつく」と言えるまで専門性を高めることができます。

〇大きな修理は、詳しい先輩担当者や設備メーカーの担当者を呼んでもらいますが、そんな時はスキルアップのチャンス。先輩のやり方を見ながら教えてもらえるので、最初はできなかったことも繰り返し経験することでできるようになります。

〇各施設はチームで担当しているので、わからないことがあれば気軽にチームの人に相談することができます。

〇どの施設を担当いただくかは、ご経験やご興味などを踏まえて配属させていただきます。

〇仕事を通じて学んだことで資格取得が目指せるのも大きなメリットです。資格取得は強制ではありませんが95種類の資格を対象にした、手厚い資格取得支援制度があります、受験費用や会場までの交通費などは会社が負担し、学習をバックアップするオンライン座も提供しています。設備に関する国家資格は日本中で使えて一生ものの財産になります。

電気工事士、ボイラー技工、冷凍機関連、危険物甲・乙、下水道3種、公害防止管理者、建築物環境衛生管理技術者、電気主任技術者、高圧ガス製造保安責任者、クレーンデリック/5t以上

給与

月給 210,000円〜300,000円

・基本給210,000~240,000円

※時間外手当は全額支給します。

※夜勤手当

※経験、能力、地域等を考慮して決定致します。

※昇給:年1回(11月)

【年収例】

26歳未経験者:3,000,000円(賞与2回含)

35歳経験者:3,300,000円(賞与2回含)

・賞与年2回(7月・12月)※昨年度支給実績2回/2.5ヶ月分(50万円~80万円)

・通勤交通費:全額支給(会社規定により支給)

・時間外手当、夜勤手当(夜勤の場合のみ)

・出張手当

・資格手当(上限2万円)

・試用期間6カ月

・設備管理の仕事に興味・関心がある方

第二種電気工事士、二級ボイラー技士、第三種冷凍機械責任者の資格を有する方
