私たちバルスは、主に3つの事業を展開しています。
- ライブや番組、動画、MV、グッズなどの運営に必要な制作全般を担う「XRプロダクション」
- アーティストの運営をサポートするファンマネジメントツールの「SPWN」
- アニメ制作スタジオ「Ziine Studio」の運営および自社アーティスト・声優番組の運営
これらの事業を行うのは、
「アーティストとファンが世界中のどこにいても一緒に楽しめる場所を創る」という想いから。
住んでいる場所や活動方法に関係なく、世界中のどこからでも活動ができ、
アーティストの届けたいものを世界中のファンに届け、
そのファンからの応援で活動をしていける世界を創りたいと考えています。
ただ、現状、場所や資金がなく十分な収入が得られず
活動ができなくなっているアーティストさんが多いです。
そういった方々に、テレビやスマートフォンの次に来るメディアと言われている
XR技術を活用し、場所に関係なく活動できるプラットフォームと、
その活動できちんと収益化できるツールを提供したいと考えています。
また、これまでに培った技術やノウハウを活用して、今までにない新しい価値を創造すべく、
新規事業も発足しております。

現在当社では、さらなる事業拡大を続けていくため「テクノロジー×プロデュース でエンタメ業界を変える」を今後の事業戦略におけるテーマとして掲げ、画像生成技術やXR、メタバースを駆使した新規事業開発プロジェクトを進めています。
その一環として、新たに画像生成技術を用いた映像制作を行うプロジェクトを立ち上げました。
この新たな挑戦を成功に導くため、プロジェクトの責任者として作品全体を統括する制作プロデューサーを募集する運びとなりました。
《 課題・ミッション 》
最新の画像生成技術を活用したアニメーション制作プロジェクトにおいて、作品責任者として企画から完成までを牽引していただきます。
予算管理、スタッフィング、クオリティ担保など、作品制作における全行程のマネジメントをお任せします。前例のない制作手法の中で、クリエイターが最大限のパフォーマンスを発揮できる環境を構築し、作品を成功に導くことがミッションです。
《 具体的な業務内容 》

- 予算作成・管理: 作品全体の予算策定、コスト管理、予実管理
- スタッフィング: プロジェクトの制作チームは、基本的に社内のクリエイターをアサインして編成します。作品の専門性やクオリティを最大化するために、必要に応じて監督や脚本家など、外部のパートナー(クリエイター、スタジオ)の選定・交渉も行っていただきます
- 制作進行・クオリティ管理: マスタープランの策定と進捗管理、各工程における作品クオリティの担保、課題発生時の解決策の策定と実行
- 制作体制の構築: 作品を最高のクオリティで完成させるため、クリエイターが最大限のパフォーマンスを発揮できる制作体制を構築し、円滑なコミュニケーションを促進する
- 外部折衝: 製作委員会、配信プラットフォーム、ライセンサーなど、作品に関わる関係各所との交渉・調整業務

《 応募資格 》
【MUST】
- アニメ、ゲーム、実写、CMなど、エンターテインメント業界での映像制作におけるプロデュース、または制作進行管理の実務経験(3年以上)
- 予算作成、管理の実務経験
- 社内外のスタッフをまとめ、一つの作品を完成に導いたプロジェクトマネジメントの経験
- 最新のテクノロジーや新しい映像表現に対する強い興味・関心
【WANT】
- アニメーションの企画立ち上げから完成までを一貫して担当した経験
- 製作委員会組成や、出資、契約関連業務の経験
- 0→1でのプロジェクトや事業の立ち上げ経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力(海外クリエイターとの連携を想定)
