【仕事内容】

問い合わせ窓口です

▼具体的な業務の流れ…

・企業担当者様からのお電話受付

・システムの不具合や操作に関する状況ヒアリング

・マニュアルや手順を確認し、お客様へご案内

お客様は全て国内企業のため、

基本のやり取りは全て日本語で行います。

システムの提供元が海外のため、

必要に応じてメールで問い合わせが発生します。

※基本的には「英語担当」が対応しますが、

状況に応じて一部対応いただく場合がございます。

※翻訳ツールを活用しながら対応OK


【給与】

時給:1,300円

※22時~5時は深夜手当で収入アップ

勤務時間・曜日:

週3日~勤務OK

・土日祝を含むシフト制

(実働8時間、休憩1時間)

<シフトについて>

勤務パターン① 08:00~17:00

勤務パターン② 09:00~18:00

勤務パターン③ 13:00~22:00

効率良く稼ぎたい方は

夜間の勤務も可能です

(22:00~08:00 ※任意)
