仕事内容: ◆歯科治療全般
一般的な歯科治療はもちろんのこと、歯列矯正、インプラント、
審美歯科、歯周病治療など、
多岐にわたる専門分野に対応しており、
美しい歯並びのためのマウスピース矯正やセラミック補綴も提供しています。
保険診療の歯科医院では治療を受けることが難しい方、
歯科治療恐怖症の方や嘔吐反射のある方が多く来院されます。
過去のトラウマなどで治療を諦めていた患者様のために、静脈内鎮静法を用いた歯科治療に力を入れておりますが、こちらは歯科麻酔科医が担当いたしますのでご安心ください。

資格: 患者様の笑顔を自分の喜びと感じられる、情熱を持った仲間を募集しています。
◆必須:歯科医師免許をお持ちの方(実務経験3年以上)
勤務時間: 必須:週3日以上~
10:00~19:00 実働8時間(休憩60分)
休日・休暇: 1か月分のご勤務可能日をご提出いただき、シフトを作成しております。
福利厚生: 社会保険完備(週20時間以上の勤務より加入)
交通費支給(上限2万円まで/月)

▼臨床の特徴
・補綴物はすべて院内ラボで製作
・オールセラミック/メタルボンドは
3M Lava(CAD/CAM)・ノーベルバイオケア製ジェニオンを使用
・輪郭形成を含む審美治療や、骨切り術を併用するケースも多数
・静脈内鎮静法下での治療が多く、一般歯科では経験できない症例を多数扱う
・ガミースマイル治療(骨切り/歯冠長延長術/粘膜切除術など)
・MTMを併用した補綴治療にも携われる
1回あたりの診療時間は1~2時間。
患者様お一人おひとりを丁寧に診察し、質の高い治療に集中できる環境です。

試用期間中の給与は、業務習得状況に応じて決定いたします。
主に、カウンセリングおよび治療を単独で実施可能なレベルに到達した時点で、本採用給与へ移行いたします。
※試用期間終了後、実績・能力により昇給の可能性がございます。
