募集職種: 歯科医師
仕事内容: 小児から高齢者まで幅広く来院して頂いている地域密着型の歯科医院です。
担当医制で治療計画に基づき、自分の裁量で30~60分を目途に治療を行って頂きます。
まだリニューアル直後ですので一緒に勉強していき、システムを作っていきたいと思います。

リニューアル直後なので施設は充実しています。
資格: 管理者経験不要
歯科医師免許をお持ちの方
他に必要とする技術:
患者様、他のスタッフとのコミュニケーションを大切にでき、前向きで向上心のある方。

勤務時間: 月・水・金 8:30~13:00 14:30~18:45(休憩:13:00~14:30)
火 8:30~13:00 16:30~18:45
(休憩:13:00~14:30、資料整理・院内研修:14:30~16:30)
土 8:30~17:45(休憩:13:00~14:00)

≪ ①正しい矯正治療を学べる ≫
☆一般歯科と矯正歯科は分野が違うと分けず、双方が理解できることで真のGPを目指そう
矯正治療ができるとできないとでは臨床における診断力に大きな差がでます。
両方がわかることにより、患者さんに最善の選択肢を提案できます。
矯正科に残らずゼロから矯正治療を学び始めましたのでノウハウを全て伝えます。
☆小児矯正・ラビアル・リンガルまで幅広く経験可能。
マウスピース矯正は行いません。真面目に矯正をやっていれば必要ありません。
☆矯正専門誌に連載中。
専門医院に遜色ないレベルで丁寧に説明いたします。
☆これから院内の矯正研修を行っていく予定のため、未経験者は一緒に勉強できます。
☆フルパッシブ矯正を採用しています。矯正経験者にはよりハイレベルな矯正を指導いたします。
今まで矯正科に残っており、これから一般歯科を勉強していきたい先生にもオススメ。
≪ ②勉強できる環境 ≫
☆矯正はもとより歯周外科、インプラントまで基本的になんでも経験可能。
専門性をもつことももちろん大切ですが、実際患者さんはなんでもできることを期待しています。手広くなんでもできることは診断力をあげ、患者さんのニーズにこたえることができます。
☆小さなお子様からご高齢の方まで多くの方に来院頂いており、様々な治療、症例に触れることができるため、日々スキルが磨けます。
☆得意分野の違う経験豊富な30代ドクター二人が在籍していますので、様々なことが学べる環境です。
☆院内勉強会あり
基本的に火曜日午後の勤務時間中に行います。
☆外部セミナーへの参加費、全額補助(院内規定有)
多々のセミナーに参加してきたため、どんなセミナーに参加すればいいかもアドバイスします。

祝日の振替診療は行いません。
☆診療平日18:30、土曜17:30まで
