自動車整備会社での経理事務です。

・入出金管理(入出金簿)

・振替伝票作成

・帳簿記入(手書き、Excel)

・現金出納帳

・損益計算書(フォーマットあり)

・電話応対(取次程度)、来客応対

・ほか所内の庶務

※前任者からの引継ぎがあるので安心です

(3月まで/日次・月次業務リストあり)

※パート社員さん(1名)と協力して業務を行います

※仕訳入力、給与計算業務は外部委託しています

(税理士事務所、社労士事務所)

※使用ソフト:MJS、Excel、Word
