当ポジションの職務定義
人事部門とIT部門/業務部門の架け橋となり、最先端のテクノロジーを駆使して人事業務の革新を推進する重要な役割です。自身の技術力とコミュニケーションスキルで多方面と連携しながら、働きやすく効率的な環境づくりに貢献いただきます。
具体的には、人事システムを活用した人事業務のデジタル化と効率化を推進する役割を担います。特に、Workdayの運用・開発を中心に、RPAやデータ分析を活用しながら、全社の人事関連プロセスの最適化を図ります。
- 人事関連システム(Workday,勤怠システム、など)のシステム運用サポート
- 新機能の要件定義、設定作業、テスト、導入支援
- 人事システムと他システム(SAP等の基幹システムなど)とのデータ連携設計・運用管理
- RPA開発・運用による定型人事業務の自動化推進
- 人事データの抽出・分析、レポート作成、経営層への情報提供支援
- 業務プロセス改善や属人化解消のためのプロジェクト参画

所属部門が社内で担う機能とミッション
HRテクノロジーグループは、人事部門におけるデジタル変革(DX)推進を担う専門組織です。
主にWorkdayを中心とした人事システムの運用・開発を軸に、RPAや各種クラウドサービスとの連携による業務自動化、データ分析等の業務を推進しています。
これにより、従来の属人的な人事業務の効率化と標準化を実現し、経営および現場の意思決定を支援することをミッションとしています。
また、グループ会社や海外拠点を含む全社的な人事システムの運用方針の策定・実行を含め、各事業部門やIT部門と緊密に連携することで、全社の人事業務のDXを推進しています。

必要経験および経験年数
システムの運用または開発業務において、5年以上の実務経験があること。
特に、Workdayや類似のクラウド型人事システムを用いたプロジェクトに主体的に関わった経験を歓迎します。
IT関連企業、またはシステムインテグレーター(SIer)やコンサルティングファームにおいて、システム開発・運用もしくは業務改善に携わった経験が3年以上あること。
業務で英語を用いたコミュニケーション(メール、会議、ドキュメント作成など)の実務経験があること。海外拠点や多国籍チームとの連携経験があればなお良いです。

Workdayにおけるデータ連携(Integration)構築の経験
語学
必須:海外拠点や多国籍の社内外関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを図るため、ビジネスレベルの英語読解・メール作成能力が求められます。
