仕事内容:

■仕事内容

成長フェーズのベンチャー企業における、

エンジニアを中心に年間100名規模の採用を行っている部門でマネージャー候補として

採用戦略全般及び採用実務全般を担当して頂きます。

現在の年間採用数は50名程度ですが、今後の事業成長のために

採用を年間100名程度へ加速させていく想定です。

■入社後の流れ

入社直後は現担当者より引継ぎをしていただき、

数か月後に責任者として動いていただくことを想定しております。

【具体的な業務内容】

・採用戦略、採用計画の企画立案実施

・現状及び実施施策の分析及び見直し

・各種数値管理、KPI設定

・採用ブランディング、採用広報

・採用プロセス、フローの検討

・採用手法の企画立案実行

・採用業務の全体最適化

・書類選考、一次面接対応等の採用実務全般

採用職種はエンジニア、PM、事業企画、バックオフィス、アルバイトと多岐にわたります。

具体的には上記のような業務を、各部門の責任者やマネージャー、

経営層とやり取りをしながら推進して頂きます。

【期待する役割】

採用業務にも携わりつつ、採用戦略の策定と実行や採用課題の特定、解決も担っていただきます。

募集背景:(現在管理部 男性2名)

現在採用業務に関してメンバーと本部責任者の2名体制で動いています。

今後の事業計画を策定していく中で、事業成長のために採用を強化していく必要があります。

しかし現人事責任者に関してはバックオフィスの統括をされているため業務範囲が広く、

採用業務に時間を割くことが難しい状態です。

そのため今回ご入社いただく方にはメンバーと共に採用業務をお任せします。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥40,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

基本給:月給 25万円

上記額には固定残業代を含みます

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
