仕事内容:

お客様の経営課題に応じ、最適なクラウド環境の提案・設計・構築を担当いただきます。自社のクラウドサービスだけでなく、AWS・Azure・GCP等のメガクラウドを活用したソリューションも提案可能です。クラウド経験がない方も先輩からのサポートや研修体制が整っているので、安心して技術スキルや知識を身に着けることができます。

具体的には

インフラ領域におけるシステム要件のヒアリングから運用チームへの引渡しまでをご担当いただきます。また、リリース後も稼動状況をモニタリングしながら障害対策や改良を計画・導入し、最適なシステム提供ができる体制づくりもお任せします。

  • 営業担当と共にお客様先へ訪問
  • お客様向けの提案・構成等の資料作成
  • クラウド(AWS・Azure・GCP)の設計・構築
  • 運用設計と改善サイクルのマネジメント
  • テクニカルな相談への対応
  • ツール等による省力化や自動化、工数とリスクの軽減
  • OS からミドルウェアの範囲でのテストや検証

※ミドルウェアはOSS(Apache/Nginx/MySQL等)

■5日/週のリモート体制

・出社対応が発生する際には柔軟にご対応頂きます。

・ 試用期間中は、原則出社となりますが、現状、前倒しでリモート体制に切り替えているチームが多いです。

  • Linuxサーバーの構築・運用経験
  • クラウドを活用したインフラ設計・構築に興味をお持ちの方

  • AWSの利用経験(又はAzure、GCPでの取り扱い経験がある方)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥340,000 〜 ¥520,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥60,000〜¥100,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

(入社時)想定年収410万円~630万円

※上記月給に残業30時間分(6万円)~(10万円)含む

※フレックスタイム制(コアタイム無)

■昇降給:年1回来期のグレード設定
