東横INNでお客様へご提供する
朝食の準備をお願いします。
-
【具体的には…】
- 大皿へおにぎりやパン等の盛付・配膳
- 食器洗浄
- 朝食会場・厨房の清掃
- 食材管理(発注や納品確認) など
"ビュッフェ形式"なので
会計、食器の配膳はしません。
他に付随する業務をお願いします。
- どんなごはん?
提供しているのは、ごはんや汁物とちょっとしたおかず。
<例えば…>
・卵焼き
・肉団子
・サラダ
・筑前煮
など
洋食の凝ったものはあまりメニューにないので
家事スキルがあれば、未経験者も活躍できますよ。
決められた時間でメリハリをつけて
働きたい方におススメです。
経験は無くても構いません。
ひとつずつ丁寧にお教えしますので、ご安心ください。

【1日の流れ】
5:30~:朝食準備をスタート
6:30~:朝食時間開始
9:00~:片付け
~9:30:勤務終了
9時30分からは自分の時間
素敵な時間をお過ごしください。
【お客様と会話するのが楽しみなんです/ベテランスタッフさん】
「たくさんあるので遠慮なくお召し上がりください」
とお客様に言ってみたら「ありがとうございます」と
返事をお返し頂いた事がきっかけで、
お客様に積極的に声掛けするようになりました。
声掛けするのは業務上必須ではないです。
でも、せっかくお仕事するんだから楽しもうと思って。
「美味しいパンいかがですか?」
「これはキャベツのサラダですよ」
「お味噌汁お注ぎしましょうか?」
なんて、別に難しい事言ってないです。
嬉しい事にお客様からのアンケートで良い評価を頂く事もあって、
私が声掛けしている事は無駄じゃないんだと思いました。
最近は遠慮なく声掛けしています。
昔からお節介は得意なので(笑)

※残業はほぼありません。

交通・アクセス
池袋駅から徒歩4分。近くにコンビニやカフェもあります。
給与詳細
基本給:時給 1290円 〜
*昇給あり
*ミニボーナスあり
*交通費支給(全額)
*早朝手当がつきます
※勤務開始時間によって異なります。
(1)は1日150円。
(2)は1日100円。

『GW/年末年始繁忙期特別手当(※規定あり)』もあり
給与例
<月収例|①5:30~9:30の勤務の場合>
- 時給1290円×4時間=5160円
5160円+早朝手当150円=5310円
週3日勤務: 月収6万3720円+交通費
週4日勤務: 月収8万4960円+交通費
週5日勤務: 月収10万6200円+交通費
この収入の他に
"インセンティブ"や"ミニボーナス"がつきます。
