スキル・資格
- Experience Strong experience in hospitality and good admin skill
- Education Hospitality school / major preferred
- English Advanced level ~
- Japanese Advanced level ~
- PC skills Word, Excel, Outlook, familiar with Reservation and POS related software already in place.
- 経験 ホスピタリティー業界に精通し、事務系の業務も対応できること
- 学歴 ホスピタリティ系の学校・専攻を修了された方が望ましい
- 英語 上級レベル以上
- 日本語 上級レベル以上
- パソコンスキル ワード、エクセル、アウトルック、予約システム、POSシステムなど既存のシステムを使用した業務経験があることが望ましい。
業務内容
- Assisting Members with Club event registrations and other
facility bookings such as business meeting rooms.
- Assist in daily operational and administrative tasks at Reception Desk smoothly
- Assist members and guests for inquiries at Reception Desk
- Work with and support Senior Receptionist closely
- Handle general inquiries from Members and non-members on behalf of TAC Members.
- Make sure members and guests are happy with our service

- 会員やゲストに満足していただけるようなサービスを提供すること
勤務時間
5 days/week (Including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 7.5 hrs/day between 5:45 am and 10:30 pm
週5日(月~金)
5:45~22:30のうち実働7.5時間
