・NIST CSF等のセキュリティフレームワークに基づく基準策定・アセスメント経験

・SIerまたはコンサルティングファームにおけるプライム(一次請け)案件のリード経験

・ランサムウェア対策、インシデント対応、フォレンジック調査に関する実務知見

・CISSP、CISM、CISA等を保有し、セキュリティ統括レイヤーとしての専門性を有する方

【自社セキュリティプロジェクト 責任者】太陽HDグループ/リモート制度有

【仕事内容】

親会社である太陽ホールディングスの情報セキュリティ領域において、

「CSIRTの強化」、「セキュリティガイドラインの策定」、「ランサムウェア有事対応(検知~復旧)」、

ならびに「24/365体制のグローバルSOC/IR構築」を推進していただきます。

プライムベンダーの立場で大手製造業グループのグローバルセキュリティ体制構築を主導し、経営層・管理職と対等に連携しながら実行部隊をリードするポジションです。

【業務内容】

太陽ホールディングスグループのセキュリティ プロジェクト責任者として、以下の業務を遂行していただきます。

  • プロジェクトマネジメント(プライムベンダーとしての統括):

・全社の情報セキュリティ戦略の策定から実行までを一気通貫で統括

(進行管理、課題管理、品質管理、リスク管理を含む)

・太陽ホールディングスが「判断・承認」に専念できるよう、論点整理・選択肢提示・意思決定支援を主導

・複数セキュリティ施策を横断したロードマップ設計と優先順位付け

  • セキュリティ体制構築・運用設計:

・ランサムウェア対策を中心としたインシデント対応フロー(検知~フォレンジック~復旧)の整備

・定常運用からの課題抽出および改善サイクルの設計・内製化支援

・CSIRT/SOCの構築・運用・高度化

・サイバーリスク評価の実施および改善施策の企画・推進

  • ステークホルダーマネジメント:

・太陽ホールディングス情報システム部門(部長、課長クラス)および経営層への報告・折衝

・外部セキュリティベンダーおよびコンサルタントとの連携・コントロール

・関係部門を巻き込んだセキュリティ施策推進と合意形成

【年収・給与】

800万円~1500万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
