【クレジットカード・リースなどに関するコールセンター】

オフィス機器のリースや、クレジットカード・ローンに関するお客様からのお問い合わせ対応をお任せします。難しい判断や、こちらからお電話をかける営業活動は一切ありませんマニュアルを見ながら一つひとつ丁寧に対応できるので、オフィスワークデビューの方も安心してスタートできます。

*1時間に対応するのは約5件

*1件あたり6~9分で終わることがほとんど。落ち着いて対応できます。

<焦らず丁寧に向き合える環境です>

1件あたりの対応時間は6~9分程度と、比較的ゆとりを持ってお客様と向き合えます。「次々に電話を取らなきゃ」というプレッシャーよりも、落ち着いて丁寧な対応を大切にできる環境ですもし分からないことがあっても、すぐに保留にしてスーパーバイザーに確認できるので、一人で抱え込む心配もありません。

<マニュアル完備で迷うことなし>

お客様からの質問に対する回答は、手元のマニュアルにしっかりと記載されています。「こんな時はこう答える」という手順が決まっているため、特別な専門知識がなくてもスムーズに対応可能です。画面上のどこを見ればよいかも研修でしっかりレクチャーしますので、久しぶりにお仕事復帰される方もご安心ください
