顧客の課題に対して、自社にあるリソース(サービス)で解決を目指します。

お客様ごとに、悩みや課題は違うのでヒアリングを丁寧に行い、

ベストな商材をご提案していくのが、私たち営業スタッフのミッションです。

【仕事内容】

■企業への採用ニーズのヒアリング、求人要件の整理

■求職者との面談・キャリアカウンセリング

■求職者と企業のマッチング、求人案件のご紹介

■書類選考・面接調整・内定後フォローなど採用活動全般の支援

■社員教育研修の企画、営業、運営

固定残業代あり:月給¥234,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥55,000(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
