仕事内容:

催事・イベントの企画営業のお仕事です。

【主な業務内容】

企画:お客様に催事内容をヒアリング、企画書作成

事前準備:打合せ、案件の内容に合った会場やサービスの提案、会場決定後、レイアウトの提案や各種備品手配、当日の運営オペレーション設定、ケータリング・スタッフ手配、交通・宿泊手配等

当日運営:イベント当日の立ち合い、進行管理、映像・音響対応

イベント終了後:報告書作成等のアフターフォロー

国内で開催されるイベントのトータルサポート、会場手配から開催運営にかかわる手配を提案する企画営業を担当していただきます。周年イベント、会議、研修、学会、展示会、セレモニー、記念式典、パーティー等、多様な催事に対応。

未経験の方は先輩社員と一緒に既存の案件対応からスタートするので、法人イベント開催のノウハウをしっかり身につけることができます。
