仕事内容:
平和自動車は1951年に北浦和で創業したタクシー会社です。さいたま市内を中心にタクシーサービスの提供を担っています。
今回募集するのは「福祉タクシーのドライバー」です。福祉タクシーとは、
- 車椅子用スロープ付きのタクシー
- 運賃は一般タクシーと同一
- 一般タクシーと利用方法は同一
車いす利用者が健常者と同等の移動サービスを享受できる仕組みが「福祉タクシー」です。
「介護タクシー」と混同されますが、
- 利用目的が自由(限定されない)
- 介護保険は利用不可
- ケアマネージャーは不介入
つまり、一般タクシーと同様、車椅子ご利用者がお出かけの際、タクシーを利用したいときに健常者と同様に電話で福祉タクシーをリクエストし、お客様のもとへ福祉タクシーがお迎えに行く仕組みです。
平和自動車では3台の福祉タクシーが稼働しており、1日に1~2件の需要がある程度です。ほとんどが一般タクシーのお仕事ですが、車椅子利用者にはかけがえのない移動手段です。ホスピタリティーをもって接遇していただきます。
アピールポイント:
歴史が長く、110人以上のドライバーが活躍している平和自動車では、毎年10名前後の新入社員が新たにデビューしています。
先輩ドライバーは自分自身のデビュー時に振返って、様々なアドバイスをしてくれます。新人が孤立するような気配は全くありません。

福祉タクシードライバーとしては
- タクシー未経験者歓迎
- 販売業や接客業経験者優遇
- 介護福祉関連経験者歓迎
車椅子の扱いを知っている人を希望しています。
- 介護初任者研修修了者
- ホームヘルパー2級
- 介護福祉士
上記の資格者は、経験が無くても優遇します。
勤務時間・曜日:
変形労働制
- 08:00~23:00(Aシフト)
- 11:00~26:00(Bシフト)
- A・Bシフトの組合せで月間15日出勤
特定の曜日を休日に設定することはできません

- 3日目:休み
- 4日目Aシフト
- 5日目休み
- 6日目休み
- 1~6日目をリピートします
※6日間のリピートの為、曜日が1つずつずれていきます。
※別途労働契約締結します
休暇・休日:
変形労働制の為、下記のようにシフトを組み合わせて勤務します。
- 08:00~23:00(Aシフト)
- 11:00~26:00(Bシフト)

年末年始は繁忙期の為、皆が一斉に休むことはありません。個々に有給休暇を利用して長期休暇を作ります(ゴールデンウィークや夏休みも同様)。

勤務地は本社営業所のみで転勤はありません。
