【仕事内容】

高齢者の方やご家族に寄り添い、安心できる住まい選びをサポートする営業のお仕事です。

無理な売り込みはなく、じっくり信頼関係を築くスタイルが特徴です。

・老人ホーム・高齢者向け住宅のご案内

⇒ 高齢者の方やご家族のご状況・ご希望を丁寧にヒアリングし、

「サービス付き高齢者向け住宅」「有料老人ホーム」など最適な施設をご紹介します。

・関係機関への訪問・情報共有

⇒ 病院や居宅介護支援事業所などを訪問し、

施設のご案内や情報提供、挨拶回りを行います。

地域とのつながりを大切にする活動です。

・定年年齢を上限とし、60歳未満の方を募集(例外事由3号のイ)

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

・都内での運転が可能な方

※お客様をお乗せして移動するため、会話をしながら安全運転ができる方

・営業職で経験のある方

・介護、福祉業界での勤務経験がある方

給与:

年収550万円~700万円/入社5年目

年収内訳:35万円+規定インセンティブ+賞与
