仕事内容
【任用期間:令和8年4月1日から令和9年3月31日まで】
(1) 特定歴史公文書等、地図、視聴覚資料、マイクロフィルム、電磁的記録媒体の受入・整理・保存・利用等に関する以下の業務
・新規受入公文書等の目録作成
・公文書等の廃棄選別、公開
・公文書等の目録整備、資料整理、保存
・閲覧室利用資料提供、利用者支援(レファレンス)、複写料金徴収
・利用請求審査補助
・資料のデジタル化委託(資料の選定、成果物の確認)
(2) 公文書館情報検索システム、デジタルアーカイブの管理・運用等に関する業務
(3) 書庫環境の管理、資料の保存管理、虫菌害防除等の資料保存に関する業務
求めている人材
以下の(1)から(7)までの要件をすべて満たすこと
(1) 文書、図面、視聴覚資料(マイクロフィルム、映像フィルム、写真、電磁的記録媒体)等の整理保存、目録作成等の実務経験又はそれらについて一定程度の知識がある者
(2) 電子メールの送受信、Word及びExcelを用いた業務の実務経験又は相当の能力を有する者
(3) データベースソフトを操作してデータ入力や検索等を行うことができる者
(4) 大学卒業(採用日までに有する見込みである場合を含む。)又はこれに準ずる能力を有する者
(5) 災害が発生した場合に災害対応の職務に従事できること
(6) 職務に積極的に取り組む意欲があること
(7) 心身ともに健康で、組織的な職務遂行に必要なコミュニケーション能力及び協調性を有していること
上記要件に加え、以下の(ア)から(キ)までの要件のいずれかを満たすこと
(ア) 次の①又は②に該当する者
① 独立行政法人国立公文書館により認証アーキビストの認証を受けている者
② 独立行政法人国立公文書館による「アーキビストの職務基準書」に示されたアーキビストとして必要とされる知識・技能に関する専門分野において大学院修士課程を修了した者、又はそれに準ずる知識・技能を有する者であって、文書館・資料館等のアーカイブズ機関において実務経験を有する者
(イ) 学芸員又は司書の資格を有する者で、当該資格を必要とする業務の実務経験を有する者
(ウ) 公益財団法人文化財虫菌害研究所が認定する文化財IPMコーディネータの資格を有する者又は同等程度の能力があることを認定する資格を有する者
(エ) 資料保存(紙媒体以外の資料の保存を含む)についての一定程度の知識を必要とする業務の実務経験を有する者
(オ) 独立行政法人情報処理推進機構が実施する基本情報技術者試験の資格を有する者又は同等程度の能力があることを認定する資格を有する者
(カ) 国、地方公共団体等において、通算3年以上の勤務経験を持つ者(文書管理業務の経験を有することが望ましい)
(キ) システム運用を3年以上行った経験を持つ者又は同等程度の能力があることを明らかにすることができる者
勤務時間詳細
実働時間:1日あたり7時間45分
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり16日
勤務日数:月16日(日・祝日・年末年始を除く。)
・交代で土曜日の勤務あり。
・災害対応等の場合は、日・祝日・年末年始に勤務が発生することがある。
勤務時間:8時30分~17時15分 又は 9時00分~17時45分
休憩時間:原則、正午~13時00分
契約更新期間:令和8年4月1日から令和9年3月31日までの任用期間満了後に同一の職務内容の職が設置される場合で、かつ能力実証の結果が良好である場合は、4回を上限として公募によらず再度任用される可能性あり

※ 一定の要件を満たす場合、上記休暇等を付与
※ 病気休暇は勤務日数に応じた上限の範囲内で有給の取扱いとなりますが、上限到達後の取得は無給の取扱いとなります。

基本給:月給 20万8100円
固定残業代:なし
【一律手当】
全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
通勤手当相当額を別途支給(上限150,000円/月)
※ 原則として毎月15日支給
※ 一定の要件を満たす場合、期末手当、勤勉手当を支給
※ 年度途中で報酬等が増額又は減額改定される場合あり
