M&A担当として下記業務をお任せいたします。

・M&Aに関する各種業務

こちらに関する業務がもっとも対応としては多く、これまでもスクラップ業に関するクライアントをM&Aする事で事業のシナジーを創出しており、今後も予定しております。企業の成長の為にも、ご自身の経験の為にも既存メンバーや部署と連携いただき、活躍いただけることを期待しております。

・本部予算の取りまとめ

経営企画部と連携し、具体アクションプランを策定いただきます。一般的な事業企画にあたる、各種数値の達成のためのアクションベースで設定いただきます。

・各事業所の設置、設備、プロジェクトの進行

新しい事業所が出来る際の事業所の設備のファシリティなど、事業所の採算性の為の活動を行います。

事業本部で専任のメンバー一人にてM&A業務を行っております。

【応募資格】

・経営企画もしくは事業企画としてのご経験をお持ちの方

  • 数値分析・経営に関しての実務経験を活かす事ができます。

現在の担当者について、一からM&Aに関する実務経験を、事業会社にて詰むことができます。

【勤務時間】09:00〜18:00(実働8時間・休憩1時間)

時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均10時間〜20時間

【給与】

500万円〜600万円

月給制 基本給260000円〜280000円

残業代全額支給

  • 一律(固定)手当
  • 変動手当
  • 通勤手当

支給あり(会社規定に準ずる)実費支給

  • 賞与あり 年2回(6月・12月) ※昨年度実績5ヵ月
  • 昇給あり 年1回(7月)
