温泉旅館の未来を創造する事業開発パートナーを募集します。
女将塾社は、2025年度現在24店舗を運営する温泉旅館チェーンです。そして2030年までに70店舗への大幅な事業拡大を計画しており、日本の温泉文化を守りながら、高品質な宿泊サービスを急速に全国へ展開しようとしています。本職は、その成長戦略の中核を担う極めて重要なポジションです。
- 具体的な業務内容
事業承継交渉の主導 後継者不足に悩む全国の温泉旅館との交渉を推進。経営者との信頼構築から契約まで、複雑なプロセスを通じ地域の文化遺産を次世代へつなぎます。
既存施設のリニューアル企画 設計事務所やデザイナー、工務店と協働し、運営中施設のリノベーション・建て替え計画を実行します。
新規開業プロジェクトの開発 設計事務所やデベロッパーと連携し、温泉旅館の新築企画・開発をゼロから推進します。
事業計画の策定 運営方法や収支シミュレーションを緻密に検討し、各旅館の持続可能な経営を実現させます。
プロジェクト関連サポート業務 現地調査、スケジュール調整、資料作成など、成功に必要なあらゆる事務作業を担当します。

- こんな経験があるとより活躍できます
法人営業や中小企業経営者とのコミュニケーション経験、プロジェクトマネジメント経験、M&Aに関連する業務、商品開発・企画業務など、ビジネス実務の経験があれば尚良いです。また、財務諨表や簿記の知識、建築やデザイン関連の知見、宿泊施設やサービス業での接客経験なども、本職で大いに活かせます。
ただし、これらの経験がすべて必須ではありません。温泉旅館の未来を創造したいという熱意と、継続的に学ぶ姿勢があれば、当社でのキャリア形成は十分に可能です。
