Graphic Designer
who will shape how our brand communicates across all touchpoints, from digital marketing campaigns to premium property presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Visual Design

  • Create compelling visual content for property marketing materials, brochures, and digital campaigns
  • Design social media graphics that engage our international audience across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Develop print materials including flyers, property showcases, and premium presentation folders
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications and marketing materials
  • Design website graphics and digital assets for online property listings and campaigns

Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with our social media team to create graphics that complement video content and campaigns
  • Support sales team with custom property presentation materials and client-facing documents
  • Create email marketing designs and newsletter layouts for our international clientele
  • Design event materials for property showcases, open houses, and networking events
  • Develop infographics and visual content that explain market trends and neighborhood information

Creative Development

  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions with the marketing team
  • Stay current with design trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
  • Adapt designs for different cultural audiences while maintaining brand integrity
  • Work with external vendors when needed for printing and production
  • Organize and maintain design assets and brand guidelines

Required Qualifications

  • Native English proficiency with conversational Japanese skills
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, and layout
  • Experience with both digital and print design projects
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to take creative direction
  • Understanding of social media design requirements and platform specifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with real estate, luxury brands, or lifestyle marketing materials
  • Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS
  • Experience designing for international or multicultural audiences
  • Familiarity with Japanese design aesthetics and cultural preferences
  • Photography skills and image editing experience
  • Experience with presentation design and client-facing materials
  • Additional language skills are a plus

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM with occasional evening work for campaign launches and events
