Major Responsibilities
*医療機関向けの導入研修(RMP(Risk management Plan)準拠)、リトレーニング(RMP準拠)の実施
・営業、MSL(Medical Science Liaison)と協業し、質の高い研修(デュオドーパ(DUO)/ヴィアレブ(VYA))を効率的かつ円滑に実施する
・DUO:主に、脳神経内科、消化器科所属の医師、看護師を対象に、DUO導入、治療継続のために必要となる知識(治療概要、用量調整、ポンプ操作/チューブの挿入・管理等治療システムの取り扱い、退院/継続支援)について、研修を実施する。
・VYA:主に、脳神経内科所属の医師、看護師を対象に、VYA導入、治療継続のために必要となる知識(治療概要、注入部位事象、幻覚関連事象、用量調整、治療システムの取り扱い、導入/継続支援)について、研修を実施する。
*医療機関向けの立会い、フォローアップ訪問の実施
・営業、MSLと協業し、質の高い立会い(DUO)、フォローアップ訪問(VYA)を効率的かつ円滑に実施する
・DUO:医療機関の自走化を目的として、初回の導入、チューブ交換時に、医療機関を訪問し、立会いを実施する。
・VYA:医療機関の自走化、治療からの早期脱落の防止を目的として、医療機関にフォローアップ訪問を実施する。
*ADS(既存、新戦力)の知識の共有と向上、スキルの統一と向上
・各種ミーティング(チーム会議、PV(Pharmacovigilance)合同会議、PSO(Patient Support Office)合同会議)での情報共有、ディスカッションを行う
・新戦力ADSの育成(座学、ロールプレイング、OJT、実地見学、同行等)を行う
・新戦力営業(MR;Medical Representative)研修のサポート(教育担当部門との協業)を行う
*医療関係者向け研修資料・サポート資材の作成・改訂
・適正使用推進のための研修資料やサポート資材を関連部門(メディカル、マーケティング、PSO)と共同で作成・改訂を行う
*メディカル関連業務、メディカルプランの作成のサポート、実施
・アドバイザリーボード、Individual Consulting、社内勉強会等の企画、運営、サポートを行う
*その他業務
・会議の設定、ファシリテーション、議事録作成ほか
資格

資格:看護師(必須)
Education/Experience Required
学歴:大卒以上相当
製薬企業でのMR、MSL、ナースエデュケーター(エデュケーショナルナース)等の経験があることが望ましい
MSL認定資格、MR認定資格があればなお望ましい
将来的に他部門への異動が発生する可能性があるため、本職にとどまらないキャリア志向を有していること
