【主な業務内容】
カスタマーサービス対応
- Amazon、楽天、Shopify上でのお客様からの問い合わせ対応。
- 迅速で効果的なコミュニケーションにより、高い顧客満足度を維持。
国内物流関連業務の管理
- 日々の出荷業務を監督(自らの梱包作業はなし)。
- 倉庫作業スタッフへの指導・監督。
- 返品対応、円滑な処理。
- プロジェクトごとの在庫レベルを監視し、過剰・不足・賞味期限切れリスクを把握し報告。
- ロジスティクスマネージャーのコンプライアンス対応やリサーチをサポート。

- 英文を読んで理解できる能力。
- オンラインでのカスタマーサービス経験。
- 物流業務の経験。
- ExcelやWordを使用し、簡単なデータ操作ができる能力

【Main Responsibilities】
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries on Amazon, Rakuten, and Shopify platforms.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
Handling Domestic Logistics Issues
- Supervise the daily shipping process (no packaging work required personally).
- Guide and oversee warehouse staff to ensure correct packing and shipping.
- Handle product returns and ensure smooth resolution.
- Monitor inventory levels across projects and flag overstock, low stock, or approaching expiration dates.
- Support the logistics manager with compliance inquiries and research.
【Required】
- Ability to read and understand written English.
- Experience in online customer service.
- Experience in logistics operations.
- Ability to use Excel and Word to perform simple data operations.
【Preferred】
- Ability to speak English and/or Chinese.
- Experience operating Rakuten, Amazon, or Shopify platforms.
- Familiarity with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act.
- Experience with cross-border logistics.
- Experience with compliance checks procedures.

- Working hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (flexible time system)
- Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end/New Year
- Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and skills)

- Probation Period: 6 months (employment will be under a fixed-term contract during this period)
