【職務概要】

教材開発・講師のみならず、顧客のDX推進プロジェクト(実務)にも参画し、現場で得た課題解決のナレッジを教育へ還元していただきます。

【職務詳細】

  • PBLやゲーミフィケーションを用いた、実践的な人材育成・教材開発

・企業の実際の課題や、現場を模した架空課題に基づく、より実践的なPBL教材の開発

・企業のDX内製化を目的に、AI・データ分析の研修から生成AIのビジネス活用ワークショップまで、顧客ニーズに合わせた企画・開発

・多くのDX支援実績を持つプロフェッショナルとして研修に登壇し、次世代のDXリーダー人材を育成

  • AI開発/生成AIプロジェクトのコンサルティングおよびプロジェクトマネジメント

・顧客の経営課題に対し、AI・生成AIを活用したソリューションを提案し、企業の業務変革を推進

・要件定義から戦略策定、AI開発、システム実装、効果検証まで、プロジェクト全体を一気通貫でリード・管理

【求める人材】

【必須】

・Pythonを用いたデータ分析プロセス(前処理/機械学習モデリング/統計解析など)の経験(経験年数問わず)

・データサイエンスに関連する体系的な知識、または資格(例えば統計検定、その他E資格、G検定など)を保有していること

・教育機関や人材育成の現場における講師・指導経験(例:社内研修講師、塾講師、教員経験、スキルシェアサービス等での指導実績など)

・顧客との折衝、要件定義、および提案書作成の実務経験

【給与】

年収:600万~1000万程度

年俸制:月額500000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年俸制のため、無し

【勤務時間】

フレックスタイム制:コアタイム11:00~16:00、フレキシブルタイム 始業5:00~11:00、終業16:00~22:00

【雇用・契約形態】

契約期間:無期

試用期間:有(3ヶ月)
