R&D Powertrain Project Management Industrial Placement
The Powertrain Project Management department at Nissan seeks highly motivated industrial placement candidates to coordinate program delivery on time, meeting cost and quality targets.
This 1-year placement starts in August 2024. You will be based at Nissan's European R&D centre (NTCE) near Milton Keynes and Cranfield University.
You will play a key role in our push towards electrification, resolving challenges and opportunities to enhance customer experience in the cabin.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the development process, including benchmarking, target setting, layout planning, concept sheet making, collaboration with styling, sourcing, technical cost analysis, digital and physical phase design & development, and supplier/cost management.
Through this experience, you will develop your knowledge of designing for cost while delivering high-quality products within strict project timing frameworks.
