【職務内容】
ARIは、クラウド技術とデータ・AI活用によるビジネストランスフォーメーションデザイナーとして、
社会変革をリードするDX企業です。
お客様の創造的なビジネスゴールの実現に向け、DX化のためのデジタルシフト、
クラウドシフト、データ・AI活用支援等のサービスを提供しております。
業務内容は、DX/IT戦略の立案支援、要件定義・業務分析・課題抽出、プロジェクトマネジメント支援、
生成AIを活用した業務変革提案・推進などです。
【具体的には】
・ 業務内容:DX/IT戦略の立案支援、要件定義・業務分析・課題抽出、
プロジェクトマネジメント支援(PMO)、生成AIを活用した業務変革提案・推進
・ プロジェクト内容:クラウド技術とデータ・AI活用によるDXソリューション事業における、
大規模開発、アカウント深耕、ビジネスソリューション訴求の推進。
業務改革からIT施策実行支援まで、上流から実行までの一気通貫した支援。
【求める人材】
【必須】
・ 一人称で何らかのビジネス課題の問題解決に向き合い結果を出した経験
・ システム開発実務経験
・ コンサルティングファーム又はSIer等でのコンサルティングサービス部門での業務
・ コンサルタント又はITコンサルタントとしての実務経験
・ 課題解決、事業企画、IT企画/構想策定、AI活用、RFP作成支援、BPR、ベンダーマネジメント等
・ 営業~プリセールス~デリバリーまでの自走経験
・ 語学力

【給与】
年収800~1500万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
