仕事内容


<事業拡大に伴う増員募集>

ATELIER TAMAMOでは、

大型アレンジメントや

フラワーオブジェを中心に、

構造・安全・空間演出を同時に

成立させることを前提とした、

専門性の高い制作を行っています。

一般的なフラワー業界の仕事とは

大きく異なるため、

新しい仲間をお迎えする際は、

経験の有無に関わらず、

アプレンティス(見習い)

からのスタートとなります。

入社後は、

比較的早い段階から制作・現場に関わり、

実務を通して段階的に経験を積みながら、

現場対応力を身につけていくことを想定。

評価において重視するのは、

代表である田口の思考・手順・判断を

どれだけ正確に理解し、制作や現場で

再現できるか、という点となります。

また、業務のなかでは

6尺脚立を使用する作業や、

重量のある資材を取り扱う作業もあります。

そのため、

下記のような方には

おすすめできません。

*楽な仕事や華やかな制作だけをやりたい

*自分の経験・流派に強いこだわりがある

*指示がないと動けない

*体力仕事が苦手

(入社後のアンマッチを防ぐため

正直に記載させていただいています)

作品は、センスや経験年数だけ

では成立しません。

構造・安全・空間・再現性。

これらを同時に成立させるため、

実務の中で時間をかけて育成します。

厳しい仕事ではありますが、

本気で向き合えば、

他では得られない技術と

視点が身につきます。

仕事内容

  • メイン業務

*大型フラワーオブジェ制作の補助業務

*いけこみ現場での制作・設営・撤去作業

*花材・資材の準備、仕込み、後片付け

*構造面・安全面を考慮した制作工程の習得

  • 付随業務|アトリエ内業務

*下準備や整理整頓

*資材管理に関わる補助業務

*制作前後に発生する細かな作業全般

*その他、アトリエ運営に関わる業務

入社後は早い段階から

いけこみ現場に

同行していただきます。

最初から単独で作業を

お任せすることはありません。

習熟度に応じて、担当範囲を

段階的に広げていきます。

アトリエの特徴

国内外で研鑽を積み、

英国・フランスで本格的な

フラワーデザインを学んだ

代表・田口が率いるアトリエです。

英国王室の装花を手がけていた

故JANE PACKER氏や

PAULA PRYKE氏にも師事し、

一般的なフローラルデザインとは

一線を画す高い技術力と

世界観を築いてきました。

航空会社での

客室マネージャー経験を背景に、

カスタマーファーストの姿勢を大切にし、

お客様の想いに寄り添った

ストーリーのある

フラワーオブジェ制作を行っています。

代表・田口より

私たちのフラワーオブジェは

ひとつひとつにタイトルと

デザインコンセプトがあり、

式場に飾られているようなものより

大きなサイズになることも多々。

主にオフィスビルやマンションの

エントランスに飾られます。

そこで働いている方や

お客さまにとって、私たちの作品は

1日の始まりと終わりに出会うもの。

たとえば気持ちの晴れない朝や

疲れ切った夜。

私たちの作品と出会うことで

前向きになれたりホッとしたり…

そんな気持ちのスイッチになるような

作品を作りたい、という想いが

私のものづくりへの原動力です。

また、完成した作品を見上げたときの

達成感と感動は、何度経験しても

言葉にできないほど大きなもの。

*社会人経験のある方

*体力を要する作業に対応できる方

*両眼の矯正視力0.7以上

  • 高所作業および細かな構造確認を伴う業務のため

体力・集中力・判断力を

必要とする業務のため、

日常的に安定したコンディションで

業務に取り組める方を対象としています。

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間 〜 165時間

9:30~18:30(休憩1時間)

※現場・繁忙期により変動あり

休日休暇


月8~10日休み

※週5日勤務/シフト制

※土日祝勤務あり

※年間休日110日以上

新宿御苑前駅・四谷三丁目駅から徒歩5分

給与詳細


基本給:月給 22万円 〜 24万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

<昇給について>

昇給は年数ではなく、

習熟度や任せられる業務量など

「できる仕事が増えたか」を

基準に、段階的に行います。

・月給25万〜28万円

・月給30万円以上(代表の右腕レベル)
