営業開発

本職は、お得意先様と協力し、ブランド戦略や営業戦略を店舗に実現させることが主な役目です。データ分析などの分析家としての役割、また商品の企画やブランドの育成というカテゴリーマーチャンダイザーの役目、そして新しい技術を使って営業提案技術の向上など、多岐にわたる業務を行っています。

仕事内容
以下のような活動を行っています。
- お客様との会議や作業を重ねながら、分かりやすい説明書きを作成します。
- 自分の想定した行動の結果を測定します。
- 作った説明書きを審議します。
- 別の方法を検討します。
必要なスキル
以下のようなスキルが必要です:
- 基本的なビジネススキル
- データ分析の知識
- 商社とのコミュニケーション能力
