Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Specialist to lead the planning, implementation, and management of automation infrastructure platforms.

This role involves contributing to current projects where you analyze problems and tech issues, offer solutions, and test, modify, automate, and integrate systems.

You will also be involved in long-range strategic planning of IT infrastructure and operational execution.

The ideal candidate will have a good feel for all IT infrastructure platforms, experience with ServiceNow, and knowledge of tools such as Ansible and PagerDuty.

In addition, they should possess excellent communication and team-working skills, problem-solving ability, risk management, leadership, and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Understand project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Analyze existing system configurations and define requirements
• Create high-level and detailed designs
• Build and configure automation infrastructure, integrating with other tools
• Develop test plans and execute testing with defined criteria
• Communicate with stakeholders and manage expectations
• Risk management and issue resolution
• Plan and execute quality assurance processes
• Report on project progress and document results
• Evaluate and select automation tools and technologies
• Implement best practices and optimize processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
• ServiceNow expertise (5+ years)
• Knowledge of other tools (Ansible, PagerDuty, etc.) and integration with ServiceNow
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Problem-solving ability and risk management
• Leadership and stakeholder management experience
• Basic server technical skills
• Server system operation experience
• English communication proficiency (TOEIC: 730+ points)
• Cross-cultural work experience
