会計事務所版・経営コンサルタント

という新しい働き方です。

具体的には、

税務や会計だけでなく、

資金繰り、融資、事業計画など、

経営に関する様々な相談に対応。

金融機関との橋渡し役も担います。

テレアポや飛び込みは一切なし。

既存のお客様からのご紹介や、

ホームページのお問い合わせが中心です。

まるで、

経営者と共に未来を描く

パートナーのような存在。

そんな仕事です。

扱うのは、

企業の試算表や決算書、

事業計画書、資金繰り表など。

銀行提出用の資料作成や、

補助金申請のサポートも行います。

あなたのこれまでの経験を活かし、

経営者の悩みを解決し、

共に成長を喜び合える。

そんな経験ができます。

1日の流れとしては、

午前中は部署会議で進捗共有、

午後は顧客面談や銀行訪問。

資料作成の時間も確保できます。

週休2日制で、残業は月25時間程度。

メリハリをつけて働けます。

銀行などの金融機関での

法人営業経験を活かしませんか?

日商簿記2級以上、

税理士試験科目合格者、

会計事務所での勤務経験も歓迎します。

完全週休二日制、

年間休日120日以上で、

・金融業界でのご経験をお持ちの方

<歓迎条件>

・日商簿記検定2級以上をお持ちの方

・税理士試験科目合格者

・会計事務所での勤務経験

・税務の専門家としてキャリアを築きたい方

勤務時間


平均所定労働時間:160時間/月

9:00~18:00(実働8時間/休憩時間1時間)

月の残業平均時間:月25時間程度(1日1~2時間程度)

就労期間:無期雇用

休日休暇


完全週休二日制:土日祝日お休み

夏季休暇/年末年始休暇/有給休暇など

※当社カレンダーによる

※有給休暇は取得率80%以上です

月給 300,000円 ~ 400,000円

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

固定残業代:あり

固定残業代 78,100円 ~ 104,100円

固定残業時間:45 時間

※固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

月額(基本給):221,900円~295,900円

固定残業手当:78,100円~104,100円(固定残業時間45時間/月)

超過した時間外労働の残業手当は追加支給

賞与:年2回(7月・12月/計2~4ヶ月分程度)

昇給:年2回(4月・9月)
