仕事内容:

*中期経営計画の策定・アップデート

戦略整理、財務モデル構築、全社の目線を揃える資料づくり

*IPO準備業務の主担当

上場審査対応(主幹事・監査法人との折衝)、エクイティストーリーの整理と文書化、IR資料の改善・運用

*株主総会・取締役会の事務局運営

議題調整、資料取りまとめ、議事録作成、経営陣との連携

*全社KPIマネジメントと経営意思決定支援

FC事業本部/マーケティング本部のKPI分析、進捗管理、経営判断材料の提示

*全社重要プロジェクトの事務局運営

サービス開発・業務DXなど、部門横断の取り組みの進行管理

※ 単なる「分析屋」ではなく、経営視点で物事を捉え、部門間をつなぎ、戦略を形にしていく実行力が求められます。

【必須経験】

以下いずれかの経験をお持ちの方

・事業会社またはベンチャー企業での経営企画・事業計画策定経験

・金融機関・コンサルティング会社における事業計画策定支援の実務経験

・企画・営業推進部門でのKPI分析や経営判断支援の経験

【歓迎スキル】

・公認会計士、USCPAなどの有資格者

・IPO準備プロジェクトへの参画経験

・IR・株主総会事務局運営の経験

※敷地内禁煙

アクセス:

各線渋谷駅から徒歩10分程(JR新南口が一番近い出口です)

徒歩1分圏内にコンビニも多く、便利です

基本的に転勤はございません。

※一部リモート可(週2~3日程度)

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥7,000,000 〜 ¥10,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥87,500〜¥125,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

■年収700万円~1000万円(月給+ 賞与年2回)※現年収・経験に応じて相談

※みなし残業30時間分を含む(超過分は別途支給)

※昇給は年1回
