業務内容

企業の成長を支える中核ポジションとして、経営戦略・事業計画策定・社内プロジェクト推進を担う役割です。

・中長期経営戦略・年度事業計画の策定支援

・予算計画、実績の分析・管理

・経営会議・取締役会資料作成

・KPI設定・全社進捗管理と改善施策の立案

・組織横断プロジェクトの企画・推進

・市場・競合調査と経営層への提言

・重要経営指標(KPI)の設計・分析

・必要に応じて関係各部署との調整・フォローアップ

・事業会社における経営企画・事業企画・管理会計等の実務経験(3年以上目安)

・数字に強く、財務データの分析や資料作成が得意な方

・多部署と協調しながら、企画・推進ができるコミュニケーション力
