美容アイテム商品のご紹介がメイン業務。
「こういう使い方をすると髪がツヤツヤになりますよ」
「この商品はこういうことが得意です」
など、お客さま自身の手で使い心地を試していただきながら
商品の魅力を広めていくお仕事です。
製品の貸与あり
働きながらご自身も製品を愛用し、
その効果を実感することで
内面から輝く美しさを手に入れ、
自信を持ってお客様に魅力を伝えることができます。

お客さまと楽しく美容についてお話しながら

【研修】
定期的に商品研修を設けているので、
自信を持って接客をすることができます。
聞かれて分からないことがあれば、店長または副店長にご確認いただけます。
接客のやり方としては「こうしなければならない」という決められたルールはないので、研修で得た知識と実際に体験したことを元にご自身の言葉でお客様にお伝えすることができます。
