What You'll Do

— handling everything from scripting to filming, editing, and day-to-day operations. As the

, you'll build our presence in Japan from the ground up.

We're expanding strategically into Japan. Every region has its own flavor of fandom, and we don't believe in copy-paste localization. You'll be our
founding Japanese creator
— experimenting, iterating, and helping define what resonates with Japanese anime fans.
Responsibilities
- Write, film, and edit 3–5 short-form videos per week (30s–90s each).
- Manage your own content calendar and publishing schedule.
- Collaborate with HQ during the first 3 months to solidify regional strategy and content pillars.
- Track performance metrics and provide weekly updates using Notion templates.
- Experiment with hooks, formats, and vibes that resonate with the Japanese audience.

. In the first 3 months, you'll work closely with HQ to define Japan's content strategy. Pending performance, we may expand your team — promoting you to
