2025年にOPENしたばかりの

「JPCスポーツ教室 さいたま見沼店」にて

インストラクターを募集しています

子どもや自身の成長を通じて、日々"感動"に出会える

指導経験ゼロでも、"スポーツ"を"仕事"にできます。

SNSでも話題全国各地へ進出中の「JPCスポーツ教室」にて、

インストラクターのお仕事をお任せします

職種未経験・業界未経験 大歓迎

これまでの経験やスキルは一切問いません。

当社が運営する「JPCスポーツ教室」にて、

体操や体幹トレーニング・スポーツの指導を通じて、

教室づくりをお任せします

対象となるのは、園児から中学生の生徒たちがメインです。

・体幹トレーニング

(特殊なマットの上で走る、ジャンプをする)

・体作りやトレーニング

・スポーツ指導

上記を行いながら、

成長する生徒の姿を一緒に見守りましょう

オープンまでの期間は本部(岐阜県羽島市)にて新人研修を行います

交通費や滞在費はすべて会社負担ですので、

研修に集中して指導方法や子どもとの接し方などを身に付けましょう

勤務がスタートしてからも、

月に1度オンライン研修や本部による店舗視察があるため、

安心してスキルアップを目指せますよ

入社2~3ヶ月は、先輩のアシスタントをしながら感覚を掴んでいただきます。

「どう指導するのか」「どんな言葉が伝わりやすいか」かなど、

イチから丁寧にお教えしますので、徐々に慣れていってください。

半年~1年程度で1人前となることが目標です

同時に、スポーツトレーナーの資格も取得いただきます

複数の資格の中からどれを取得するか相談して決め、

入社3年以内の取得を目指しましょう。

実働時間:1日あたり7時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日 〜 22日

【勤務時間例】

平日 14:00~22:00

土曜 08:15~17:00

※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 19万円 〜 29万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間30分)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり1万円

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

給与は経験・スキルを考慮の上、決定します。
