創業のきっかけとなった眉癖改善技術 「HBL(ハリウッドブロウリフト)」 を原点に、
美容業界に新しい職業と文化を生み出してきました。
「HBL」では、これまで存在しなかった「眉毛をプロに任せる」という新しい文化を作り、
かつてネイルサロンが当たり前になり、ネイリストが憧れの職業になったように、
「ブロウアーティスト」という職業を、誰もが憧れる存在へと押し上げていく挑戦を続けています。
また、韓国のエステティックスキンケアブランド 「TROIAREUKE(トロイアルケ)」 の日本展開では、
「かかりつけエステ」という新しい文化を根付かせることに挑戦しています。
2025年3月には自社コスメブランド 「HBL BEAUTY」 をローンチし、早くもベストコスメを多数受賞。
7月にはHBLをリブランディングし、世界観を再構築しました。
さらに現在はTROIAREUKEの日本展開を本格推進するなど、次々と新たなチャレンジを仕掛けています。
職務内容・ミッション
海外からの化粧品や美容商材の仕入れ・在庫管理・輸入実務を担い、Julia IVYのプロダクト事業の根幹を支えるポジションです。輸入や薬事対応が求められる繊細な商流に対して、確実かつスピーディな調達オペレーションを設計・運用し、在庫適正化と収益性改善に貢献していただきます。
また、営業・商品開発・EC倉庫との連携も行い、全社視点で「モノが正しく届き、スムーズに売れる」状態をつくることが本ポジションのミッションです。なる購買管理に留まらず、チーム横断で仕組みづくりを推進する中核人材としての活躍を期待しています。

JULIA IVYが展開する主力ブランド
・HBL(ハリウッドブロウリフト)
・TROIAREUKE(トロイアルケ)
これらの"事業の根幹"となる商流を支えるポジションです。
海外メーカーとの調整から発注・輸入、在庫管理、供給体制の構築まで、ブランド成長を裏側からドライブするキーポジションをお任せします。
取り扱う商品は、HBLの眉用ワックス・専用化粧品・施術ツール(約60品目)、TROIAREUKEのスキンケア・エステ商材(約200品目)など多岐にわたります。
商品開発・営業・ECチームと密に連携しながら、
「必要なものを、必要なときに、正しく届ける」オペレーションの要となっていただきます。
<具体的な業務内容>
・海外サプライヤーとの連絡・発注(英語・日本語)
・INVOICE確認、輸送管理、フォワーダー対応
・薬事チェック・成分確認(※入社後キャッチアップ可)
・デッドストックの消化プラン立案+販売チームとの連携
・納期/在庫/販売状況ダッシュボードの整備とレポーティング
・商品開発・マーケ・営業など他部署との調整
・上記に関連する各種オペレーション業務
