特に、住宅特有の過酷な環境(温度・湿度変化、ノイズ、静電気など)に対応し、高品質な製品を提供し続けるには、電子部品の専門家が不可欠です。
そこで今回、電子部品の品質管理に深い知見と実務経験をお持ちの方を、購買品質部門にお迎えしたいと考えています。
≪主な業務内容≫
購買部門の一員として、サプライヤーの管理、電子部品の品質保証業務の中心となっていただきます。
- 新規に発生する電子部品における生産準備プロセス管理:
準備プロセスを管理し、スムーズな立ち上げをサポートします。 - サプライチェーン全体を俯瞰した検査設計:
部品の調達から最終製品に至るまでのサプライチェーン全体を考慮した検査体制を設計します。 - 設計変更、4M変更における変更承認プロセス管理:
設計や製造方法(4M:Man、Machine、Method、Material)に変更があった際の承認プロセスを管理し、品質への影響を評価します。 - 不良不具合の要因分析と対策実施:
製品に不具合が発生した場合、その原因を究明し、再発防止のための対策を立案・実行します。
これらの業務を通じて、LIXILのモノづくりを根底から支え、お客様に喜ばれる製品とサービスを提供することがミッションです。
≪求められる経験・スキル など≫
【必須要件】
- 電子部品メーカーでの品質管理経験:3年以上
- プログラム管理、生産準備、量産立ち上げ、維持管理のいずれかの経験
【歓迎要件】
- 社外取引先との協働経験
- 海外サプライヤーとの協働経験
