【募集背景】
人材紹介事業やヘルスケア事業などを幅広く手がける「ONODERAグループ」の一員として、
現在3か国20店舗を構える『銀座おのでら』を展開する当社。
一部店舗ではミシュランガイドの星を獲得するなど、世界的な評価を獲得しています。
中でも『鮨 銀座おのでら』は東京・銀座に本店を構え、
2013年のオープン以来予約困難店として人気を博してきました。
今回は、今後もより多くのお客様に楽しい時間を提供するために、
そして今後も店舗拡大を続けるため、『鮨 銀座おのでら』各店にて寿司職人を募集することになりました。
求める人材:
■お寿司を握った経験をお持ちの方(経験年数は不問です)
└見習い程度という方も、ご相談ください。
└回転寿司・立ち食い寿司など、業態は問いません。
勤務時間・曜日:
9:00~23:00 ※境町店に限り、自宅から通えない距離にお住いの方は家賃補助あり、引越し費用全額会社負担
シフト制
9:00~23:00の間でシフト制
※店舗によって変動します。

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥350,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥41,738(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
