中小型機、ヘリコプター等、新たな資産を活用した組成業務全般をご担当いただきます。
【業務内容】
■アレンジャーや金融機関と連携し案件の詳細を設計(リース条件等の策定、提案書等作成)
■賃借人(航空会社等)に対する提案、交渉
■弁護士と連携し契約書等ドキュメンテーションの作成
■各種資料(投資家向け販売資料、金融機関向け借入実行説明資料、損益計算・キャッシュフロー・分配等の計算シート、社内決裁用書類等)の作成
■ポートフォリオ分析、リスク分析

年収 600 ~ 1000 万円
経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
