  • 1つ目は、「ピンポ~ン」「こんにちは」から、ハートフルなコミュニケーションができるからです。

ご利用者様の自宅まで、写真のようにワンボックス(AT)車で、車椅子・歩行器・介護用ベッドなどの福祉用具をお届け。

納品・組み立て、使用方法の説明を行います。ご利用者様目線で会話ができる方も多いと思い歓迎致します。

  • 慣れた視野や目線で業務ができるはずです。引越し業務と当社業務は通ずるものが多いです。
  • 2つ目は、引越で家財を運ぶ際の注意点と、当社の業務の注意点は同じです。

壁・建物・大切なお品を傷つけたり、破損しないための注意点や、傷をつけない為の養生など、引越業務のご経験も活かせるはずです。

また、最も大きなモノが「介護ベッド」です。ベッドの幅や丈、取り回し時の注意点等の理解があれば、即戦力でご活躍いただけます。

  • 現地に行ってみたら「えっ、聞いてた話と違うんですけど…」引越しの仕事ですと結構ありますよね?

当社の業務では、そんなイレギュラー対応はほとんど無いです。

納品先は埼玉県内と都内北部のご家庭が中心。

作業数は1日あたり介護ベッドなど大物と小物等合わせて7~8件の納品または回収。無理の無い件数で 無理なく働けます。

福祉関係の業務で社会貢献必要とするご家族にとっての大切な1日。誠実な対応をお願いいたします。

  • ただ、モノを運ぶ仕事ではありません。

「社会貢献」という言葉には興味があったが、具体的に福祉関係に携わりたいという考えは無かった方も多いです。

実際に利用者様家族と触れる中で、貢献を実感するスタッフも多いです。

引越業界、宅配業界からの転職者多数

研修も充実20時間の「運転者講習」、先輩に同行しご家庭に訪問をする「同乗研修」。

道路事情や、安全運転のポイント。ご家庭での納品・回収の方法や、注意点。

それらを、先輩と一緒に学びます。狭い道や、訪問先によっては、急な階段などもありますが、安心してスキルを身に付けられます。

資格

  • 未経験でも下記の方を歓迎いたします。

・普通免許をお持ちの方 ※業務では1BOXのワゴン車の運転を行います。

・安全に運転・作業をする気持ちをお持ちの方

・配送先のご家庭で円滑にコミュニケーションができる方

試用期間中は月給250,000円 + 残業代別途支給
